You said a mouthful this time my friend! The business has become dog eat dog with a bunch of copy cat false promises to prospective clients. I constantly preach to my team to just be yourself and do what we promised. It definitely works!

Bob, Great perspective on being grateful. I would only add to that including in your list of things you’re grateful for a list of those you could help. I agree with your comments about gratitude but giving is just as powerful. It may just be a “thank you” note, or just thinking of you phone call. It could be a secret Santa gift, or a helping hand. The feeling of giving is just as powerful as gratitude. If you don’t make a list of those you want to give to you will miss a lot of opportunities. I am going to start your practice with the addition of those I can give something to. Great piece.

i read with a big smile and i am so challenged by the whole issue of either being an installer or entrepreneur.The truth is i have been an installer and not what i have been calling myself to be.
I hope to follow your news week and learn how i can grow my business here in South Africa as Security is one of the most growing businesses.
